Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier innovation forums
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles while driving adoption of next-gen solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
