Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive futures
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into strategic roadmaps
- Author proprietary trend reports published in partnership with MIT Technology Review
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio funding breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Mentor a team of futurists using proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology™
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or corporate futures roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
