Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast emerging paradigms
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize vast datasets into coherent narratives
- Experience developing scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and socio-cultural drivers of change
