- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 high-impact innovation projects annually
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing new industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio of 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
