Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Analyze disruptive technology convergence points (quantum/AI/blockchain) for competitive advantage
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models for 2026 market landscapes
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives on paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and Delphi methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
