Responsibilities
- Develop scenario-based strategic foresight models for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, climate tech, and biotechnology domains
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Produce predictive trend reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Build stakeholder consensus around complex future scenarios
- Maintain proprietary foresight methodologies using proprietary AI tools
- Represent firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leader in futurism with conference speaking record
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Trendalyzer, Cassandra, or custom AI platforms
- Deep understanding of 2026 technological convergence points (quantum, AGI, climate engineering)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic transformation initiatives
