Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
