Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and monitor KPIs for long-term innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite executives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
