Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and scenario planning models
- Drive cross-functional strategy sessions with C-suite executives and external industry partners
- Produce trend analysis reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Architect sustainable innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDG targets and ESG principles
- Represent company at global forums on future ethics and technology governance
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or thought leader in technology forecasting (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record influencing enterprise-level digital transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
