Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to map 2026 technological and societal disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Produce whitepapers and strategic briefs on metaverse economics and decentralized finance
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advocate ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism symposia and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation roles
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
