- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and media engagements
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-generation talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and ethical implementation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic vision implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive and stakeholder audiences
- Experience building diverse, high-performing innovation teams
