Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and piping.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan job layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintaining a clean work area.
- Lead or mentor apprentice plumbers when required.
- Estimate material costs and prepare work orders for supervisor approval.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
