Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-fidelity prototypes and seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product improvements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Advocate for the user voice in all stakeholder meetings and product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinating with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
