Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive product vision and strategic roadmap that aligns with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and market shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute complex product strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to drive product iterations and ensure measurable success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, with a focus on long-term planning and roadmap execution.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the next 3-5 years of market evolution.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, Blockchain).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
