Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex UI components using React 18, focusing on performance and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions (60fps).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on the latest React ecosystem trends and contribute to internal libraries.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on React.
- Deep understanding of React 18 concepts (Concurrent Mode, Suspense, Server Components).
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand).
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel).
