As part of our elite R&D team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge computer graphics and intuitive user design. You will be responsible for rendering high-fidelity worlds, optimizing performance for head-mounted displays, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in real-time 3D environments.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance rendering pipelines for AR/VR headsets using OpenGL, Vulkan, and DirectX 12.
- Optimize 3D assets and shaders to ensure fluid 60+ FPS frame rates on low-power devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate abstract spatial concepts into tangible code.
- Debug complex graphics issues and implement advanced visual effects (VFX) including raytracing and global illumination.
- Contribute to the architectural roadmap for our proprietary spatial computing platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain our high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in C++, C#, or Rust.
- Expert proficiency in Unity 3D, Unreal Engine 5, or a similar game engine.
- Deep understanding of computer graphics mathematics, linear algebra, and physics.
- Experience with spatial mapping, hand tracking, and eye-tracking technologies.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality commercial products or AAA game titles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
