Responsibilities
- Holistic Horizon Scanning: Monitor global trends, regulatory shifts, and technological breakthroughs to anticipate future opportunities and threats by 2026.
- Innovation Strategy: Lead the R&D strategy, identifying high-impact emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to integrate into our core business model.
- Scenario Planning: Develop and test multiple future scenarios to ensure business resilience and adaptability in volatile markets.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with the C-Suite and board members to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable, executable business strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry conferences and publish insights on the future of [Industry Sector] to establish our brand as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Foresight) preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Blockchain, or SaaS ecosystems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving organizational change and delivering long-term value through strategic foresight.
