Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates in the tech ecosystem.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and build effective hiring plans.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a consultative approach.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Nexus Innovations at industry events and on professional networks.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software, SaaS, or AI industries.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps), and modern tech stacks.
