Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates in the tech ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and build effective hiring plans.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a consultative approach.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Nexus Innovations at industry events and on professional networks.
- Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software, SaaS, or AI industries.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps), and modern tech stacks.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday; expert knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ownership: A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
