Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form-setting
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install and maintain structural framing systems (wood, steel, concrete)
- Perform advanced finish carpentry (cabinetry, trim, millwork)
- Coordinate with subcontractors on multi-phase projects
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Manage material inventory and maintain organized job sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Heavy machinery operation certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction training
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
