Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) with OSHA certification
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Implement strict safety protocols on active job sites
- Coordinate with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers) for seamless project flow
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
