Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety protocols
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and engineering specs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) on integrated projects
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Class B CDL license preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
