Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Install and finish carpentry structures with attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Perform site preparation and cleanup activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong physical stamina and weather resilience
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Virginia state contractor license a plus
