Responsibilities
- Execute precise carpentry, masonry, and concrete work per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Install and finish drywall, flooring, and roofing systems
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Participate in sustainable construction practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality record
- Basic first/CPR certification preferred
