Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Perform quality checks on completed work
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with hand tools and power equipment
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
