Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete forming, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with expert proficiency
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols daily
- Coordinate material logistics and site preparation
- Perform quality control inspections at project milestones
- Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work at heights/variable weather
- Expertise in concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
