Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Install framing, drywall, and finish materials
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Assist with material handling and inventory management
- Perform quality checks and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening
- Experience with concrete/masonry preferred
