Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for project implementation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electricians and plumbers
- Maintain organized job sites and proper equipment maintenance
- Participate in daily safety briefings and project meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
