Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours and finishing techniques
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and cabinetry
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Pass background/drug screening
- Spanish fluency preferred
