Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install/repair structural components (concrete forms, rebar, scaffolding)
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project blueprints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Perform quality control inspections and documentation
- Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
