Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Construct and install structural frameworks, walls, and roofing systems
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- North Carolina driver's license required
