Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians on multi-trade projects
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for accurate implementation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Complete material handling and inventory management duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification
- Class B CDL license with airbrakes endorsement preferred
- Proficiency in power tools (saws, drills, grinders) and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
