Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finish installations
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise tasks
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanup operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification required
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
