Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and structural framing systems
- Apply finishes including drywall, flooring, and exterior cladding
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with tradespeople and project managers to meet deadlines
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery with proper licensing
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
