Responsibilities
- Execute concrete forming, pouring, and finishing per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) with OSHA compliance
- Install/repair structural components (steel beams, framing, roofing)
- Manage hazardous material handling and waste disposal protocols
- Inspect worksites for safety compliance and report hazards
- Coordinate with tradespeople to maintain project timelines
- Maintain equipment calibration and daily maintenance logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75lbs regularly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and surveying equipment
- Blueprint reading and material estimation skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
