Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery safely (bobcats, forklifts) and hand tools
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform site preparation and material handling efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
