Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Install/repair roofing systems and exterior finishes
- Interpret technical blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain OSHA-compliant job site safety protocols
- Coordinate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers) for seamless workflows
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL license with heavy equipment endorsement
- Ability to read architectural/engineering blueprints
- Proficiency in power tools and hand-operated equipment
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- North Carolina contractor's license preferred
- Drug-free workplace certification mandatory
