Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (OSHA-certified)
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project implementation
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols on all job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Perform site preparation and utility installation coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read architectural drawings and schematics
- Physical stamina to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pennsylvania state contractor license required
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
