Responsibilities
- Perform skilled manual labor including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute construction plans
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
