Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Install and maintain structural frameworks, scaffolding, and safety systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling duties
- Maintain project cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to read technical blueprints and construction documents
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and working in all weather
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
