Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform quality checks and report issues to site supervisors
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
