Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing for commercial foundations
- Operate power tools including jackhammers, saws, and nail guns
- Install and finish drywall, tiling, and flooring systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists
- Manage material inventory and waste reduction
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid Washington driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Proficiency in carpentry and masonry fundamentals
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- WA state flagger certification preferred
