Responsibilities
- Execute skilled labor tasks including concrete pouring, framing, finishing, and equipment operation
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts)
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers to meet deadlines
- Perform quality checks and ensure structural compliance
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 75 lbs and working in extreme weather
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Drug-free workplace compliance
