Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints with architectural precision
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians
- Perform site preparation and cleanup operations
- Assist with material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Heavy equipment operation certification
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
