Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand/power tools
- Install/repair structural elements (framing, roofing, concrete)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Maintain organized job sites and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Blueprint reading and material estimation skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
