Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Install and finish concrete structures, foundations, and decorative elements
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certification
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for project implementation
- Coordinate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless workflow
- Enforce strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and basic repairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience with verifiable references
- OSHA 30-hour certification and valid heavy equipment operator license
- Proficiency in concrete work, framing, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
