Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians
- Complete daily inspections and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in skilled construction trades
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Expertise in multiple trades (carpentry/masonry/concrete)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
