Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts)
- Construct scaffolding and temporary structures
- Install and finish concrete surfaces
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect materials for quality compliance
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Concrete finishing expertise
- Heavy equipment operation experience
- Pre-employment drug screening required
