Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and forming tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Install and finish drywall, cabinets, and trim with attention to detail
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying and stone installation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
