Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-trades teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and basic repairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience in residential/commercial projects
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and driver's license
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and blueprints reading
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
