Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install MEP systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) under supervision
- Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Read technical schematics and interpret construction documentation
- Perform site preparation and material management duties
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and equipment operation licenses
- Proficiency in power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and team collaboration mindset
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
